Ordering

By E-mail

E-mail us at the address below with your name, address, phone number and card number along with the expiry date, the security code and the item(s) that you want to order along with their price (don't forget Postage and Packing) and send it to us. Please be aware that we have a minimum order of £5.00 if paying by card. Your Order will then be processed and dispatched accordingly (subject to availability).

By Telephone

You can call us on 01944 710693 between 9.00am and 6.00pm Tuesday to Saturday. We will check that we have the parts for you, state a time when we can supply if not in stock and confirm the price. Then we will ask how you would like to pay for the goods. Please be aware that we have a minimum order of £5.00 if paying by card.

By Fax

Please fax us on 01944 710081, writing clearly in black ink. Please put your name, address, phone number and card number along with the expiry date on the fax so that we can send you your item(s). Please be aware that we have a minimum order of £5.00 if paying by card.

By Post

When ordering by post please write clearly stating the items you require and please leave us a contact telephone number to use in case of unavailability or any other problems.

Payments can be made by card , unfortunately we are unable to accept Electron cards over the phone and we do not accept American Express. Please note from the 1st October 2011 any payment being made using a credit card will be subject to a surcharge of 1.8% this is due to the high charges made by Banks and Card Companies, no charges are made if using a Debit Card. We can also accept Cheque/Postal orders which are to be made payable to AF Rayspeed Ltd.
